  • Selected as BRDC Rising Star

2004:

  • Won £35,000 scholarship from BMW to compete in inaugural Formula BMW UK Championship.
  • Competed with Carlin Motorsport in Rookie Cup:. 3 wins, 5 second places, 2 third places 2nd in rookie championship

2002:

  • JICA Karting in UK
  • ICA in Garda Cup, 2nd and 4th in heats, 4th in Final
  • ICA in Portugal, set fastest lap and was one of only four Brits to qualify for European Finals
  • ICA in Belgium (Spa) finished third (highest non Belgian finisher by 11 positions), almost photo finish with Thonon who went on to win European Championship.
  • ICA in France - technical problems meant poor qualifying. Started 15th in Federation Cup and finished 5th.
